  • An additional fee applies for very heavy or badly matted coats.
  • Grooming is delicate professional work; to keep the process smooth it is not open for viewing.

Is the service suitable for every pet?
We first assess your companion's condition. If there are wounds, fragile skin or other special circumstances, we adjust the cleaning and services and explain them to you, so your companion receives suitable care.

Can they look exactly as they did in life?
We clean and groom carefully to keep their familiar look as much as possible. Results depend on their condition, cause of passing and time elapsed, so a complete return to their appearance in life cannot be guaranteed; we explain what is possible before we begin.

What does the service include?
A full-body wash, eye, ear and nose care, an essential-oil massage, drying and brushing, trimming of fur and nails, and posture arrangement. Items are adjusted to your companion's condition and confirmed with you in advance.

How is it different from regular pet grooming?
It focuses on final cleaning, care and appearance. We take the body's changes after passing into account and groom gently and appropriately, so your companion is clean and calm for the final farewell.
